Customer or not?

I recieved a mail the other day to my store account. A woman said she was interested in what materials five seperate pairs of shoes I was selling was made from. She told me she did not wear leather and if none were made from leather she would purchase them. I sent her back the list of materials for each shoe none containing leather. She never answered me back or made the purchase. Some of the items I sell come from a common supplier so I do not doubt that other store owners carry similar products. It makes me wonder if she was doing a search for a customer of hers for the same products I was selling and claiming she was a customer. I only mention this because this has happened before and I find it lame honestly.
